It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any product purchased is suitable for the application and will pass through any access restriction present on site.

Water tanks may be designed specifically to suit the purchaser's requirements and may not be suitable for use for any other application.

Unless the tank is of a standard configuration with standard connection arrangement cancellations or returns will not be accepted.

Where tanks are cancelled or returned a restocking charge up to the full value of the product will be made.

Delivery
Standard delivery charges cover mainland UK but exclude the following postcodes below:
AB, CA, CT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, IM, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PO Isle of Wight, SA, SY, TD, TN, TR and Scottish Highlands.

Products can be collected from our works.

Looking to avoid Shipping Charges? You can collect our products. All our tanks are available for collection "ex works", our suppliers are based all over the UK - please call if you wish to collect.

Payment is by IBAN / Swift / Bic system.

Credit card payments are not accepted from international customers.

Export documentation including Certificates of Origin and other Commercial invoices can be provided but may incur additional admin charges. Please advise of any requirements at the time of placing orders.
